Michael Packard, PGA
Michael Packard serves as one of eighteen Career Services Consultants for the PGA of America, directly responsible for fostering successful working relationships between PGA Professionals and employers. Packard has been serving the greater northeast portion of the country since joining the department in 2008.
Elected to PGA Membership in 2006, Packard spent the early days of his golf career working alongside PGA Members at private and public facilities, mainly in Connecticut and Vermont as an Assistant Golf Professional and Tournament Director.
Packard began directly serving his fellow PGA Professionals when he was hired by the Connecticut Section, PGA of America in 2004. Operating as their Tournaments and Player Development Director, Packard transition to the administrative side of the golf industry and has been dedicated to the betterment of PGA Professionals ever since.
Packard graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
