The CNY PGA Junior Golf Tour was created to provide affordable, competitive events for junior golfers, further develop the quality of junior golfers in the region and encourage sportsmanship while promoting the rules and etiquette of the game. Our goal is to provide junior golfers with affordable events that are administered to the highest professional standards of the PGA of America. With over 20 events, players will earn points in each of the events they participate in, with the top 21 boys ages 16-18, top 12 boys ages 12-13, and top 21 girls regardless of age, earning a spot in the final event of the season, the Tour Championship.
PGA Jr. League is open to both boys and girls, 17 and under, of all skill levels and abilities. Facilities can elect to offer 13u and/or 17u teams and leagues. PGA Jr. League is played all year-long! The program is split into two primary seasons: Summer and Fall.
The PGA Jr. League Postseason is attached to the Summer Season. After participating in the Summer Season, competitive golfers have the opportunity to be selected for their league’s All-Star team. The postseason begins in August (late July in some areas), culminating with the PGA Jr. League Championship in October.
