The Central New York PGA wrapped up the 2023 season at its Fall membership meeting held at Turning Stone Resort Casino on Oct. 16.

 

Jared Butts, PGA was the guest presenter. Butts, a RGX Mentor and WRGolf Head Coach, spoke on the topic “From Burnout to Balance in 12 Weeks” about PGA’s Modern Coach which shifts from individual lessons to results-based group coaching.

 

The second breakout session included updates on PGA Reach Central New York and the online PGA HOPE campaign (Don Zorn); District Director Update (Ed Habjan, PGA); and Compensation Survey/Deferred Comp (Chris Kulinski, PGA)

 

The Fall meeting also included Section business. Two open Board of Director positions were filled. Elected to the board were Eric Manning and Michael Deuel.
