Growing the game. The PGA Jr. League did just that on a local and national level in 2024.
More than 450 junior players took part in Central New York PGA programs in 2024. PGA Jr. League consisted of 13-under and 17-under teams with 20 Section golf courses participating.
The CNY PGA congratulates the Carlowden Country Club U17 team and the Corning Country Club U13 team for competing in the PGA Jr. League Regional at Drumlins Country Club last September.
Members of the Carlowden 17U All-Star Team were: Brandon Brown, Carter Thesier, Eli McCue, Paul Mason, Thomas McCue, William Frank and Coach Matthew Russell, PGA of America Associate.

PGA Jr. League exists to bring communities together through fun, team golf experiences. With every PGA Jr. League team, there is a PGA of America Member or Associate who took time out of their busy summer schedule to be a team coach or help assist with a program.
Nationally, the PGA Jr. League has grown to 75,000 kids playing on teams.
The CNY PGA thanks all the PGA of America Members and Associates who have served as coaches in the past. PGA Jr. League is a youth pillar program of the PGA REACH Central New York.
