Bruce Martins (Elm Tree GC) shot a 1-under-par 71 and finished first at the July 1 CNY PGA Senior 60 Series event. Martins was one stroke better than Tony Saraceno (Genegantslet GC). The tournament, for players 60 and over, was held at Cortland Country Club.
Professional David Dawson (Afton) and amateur teammates Terry Rose, Bob Granger and Frank Fiumara placed first in the team event with a 122.
The next Senior Series event is July 15 with a tournament at Genegantslet Golf Club.
