Four PGA of America Members finished at 1-under-par 70 to tie for first
at the Empire Golf Cars Pro-Am/Pro-Officer Tournament. The event was held June 8 at Yahnundasis Golf Club in New Hartford.
Michael Deuel (En-Joie GC), Nick Serafino (Timber Banks), Jonny Petrin (Cavalry Club) and Matt Campbell (Teugega CC) all claimed a share of first in the Individual Contest.
There was a three-way tie in the Pro-Officer Contest. Finishing at 9-under 62 were: Tim Hume (McConnellsville CC) and amateur Ed Graham, Dennis Colligan (Cazenovia GC) and amateur Mike Byrnes and Mark Tucker (Cazenovia CC) and amateur Tim Carpenter.
The host club, Yahnundasis GC, and Cavalry Club shared first place in the Pro-Am Team Contest at 14-under 128. En-Joie’s team included Zach Vinal, PGA Associate and amateurs Rob Clark, Chris Clark and Eric Vinal.
Cavalry Club’s team of Jonny Petrin and amateurs Charlie Falgiatano, Anthony Falgiatano and Vinny Falgiatano.
