Jay Turcsik (Mark Twain GC) earned individual honors for professionals while three teams tied for first at the Central New York PGA’s Empire Golf Cars Pro-Am/Pro-Officer Tournament at Drumlins Country Club’s East Course on Aug. 8.
The event was 18 holes of team best ball. Teams consisting of one CNY PGA Professional and three amateurs. The team score consisted of the 2 net best ball of the group.
Turcsik shot an even-par 71 on the day.
Cavalry Club, Owasco Country Club and Team Smith all finished with a 10-under 132 to share first place.
