The Central New York PGA’s commitment to our military service men and women continued Sept. 6 at its Folds of Honor Pro-Am Tournament at Tuscarora Golf Club.

The CNY PGA Section has raised thousands of dollars for educational scholarships for the Folds of Honor initiative. The scholarships are awarded to children and spouses of military service men and women who have died or been disabled in the line of duty.

The popular event drew 31 teams which played 18 holes of scramble competition. All teams were comprised of one PGA Professional and/or one military member and three amateurs.

The team from Drumlins Country Club featuring Sean Dadey, PGA; Connor Wisniewski, Gary Russell and Dan Michaels came in first place.
