New roles for CNY PGA staff members

Central New York PGA Executive Director Alan Seamans announced in January full-time staff changes and new job titles.

Alan Seamans, PGA will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Section Office as CEO/Executive Director. Among his many duties, Seamans will oversee the implementation, development and growth of PGA REACH Central New York.

Joe Tesori, Jr., PGA was promoted to Assistant Executive Director. Tesori, previously the Section’s Tournament Director, will focus on cultivating new partners and sponsors while maintaining all current partnerships. He will also continue to be directly responsible for Section Tournament Program.

Dylan Plis, PGA Associate became a full-time staff member and assumes the role of Section Tournament Director. Plis, previously the Events Operations Coordinator, will oversee on-site administration for all tournaments while also focusing on growing tournament participation.

Brittany Wowelko, PGA, previously the Player Development Director, has a new job title – Director of Foundation Programs and Marketing. Wowelko will continue to implement the Section’s successful Junior Tour with the added responsibilities of marketing and promotion of the program. She will also manage the Section’s social media platforms, newsletter releases and Foundation Programs including the PGA Jr. League, Drive, Chip and Putt, the Central New York PGA Women’s Association, Section Scholarship and Member Club.
