Eileen Pezzi, MPA and Donald Zorn were recently appointed to the PGA REACH Central New York Board of Governors. PGA REACH CNY is the philanthropic arm of the Central New York PGA Section.

Programs and initiatives of PGA REACH CNY include the three PGA REACH pillars  – Youth Programs (PGA Jr. League/Drive, Chip and Putt), Military/Veterans (PGA HOPE) and Diversity/Inclusion (PGA WORKS).

New board member Zorn is no stranger to PGA REACH CNY. He also serves as the Development Director for PGA REACH CNY. Zorn has many years of experience in partnership-building experience in corporate and community development.

Zorn was an integral part of the Section’s efforts in rebranding the CNY PGA Foundation to PGA REACH CNY. Zorn, who joined the Section in 2020, has worked hard to enhance the Section’s fundraising initiatives designed to support our PGA REACH CNY programs.

Pezzi has an equally impressive resume. She is the Vice President of Development for Upstate Medical University and the Executive Director of the Upstate Foundation, dual roles she has held since 1996. Pezzi is responsible for overseeing the Foundation’s $260 million asset base and 32-member Board of Directors

In addition to serving on the PGA REACH CNY Board of Governors, Pezzi also serves on the Board of Directors of the Jim and Juli Boeheim Foundation, and is a member of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), Association of Health Professionals (AHP), and Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE).

PGA REACH CNY welcomes both Don and Eileen to the Board of Governors.
