Cortland, NY – The Central New York PGA’s Towsley Open delivered low scores and thrilling performances this past Monday at Elm Tree Golf Course. Tom Christoffersen of En-Joie Golf Club, claimed the title with an outstanding round of 6-under-par 65, fueled by an impressive eight birdies on the day.
Christoffersen’s 6 under round earned him the $1,300 winner’s check.
Finishing in a tie for second place at 4-under-par 67 were Mark Tucker of Cazenovia Country Club, and Matthew Jaynes of Corning Country Club each collecting $925 for their strong performances. Tucker carded six birdies, while Jaynes tallied five birdies.
Rounding out the top four was Dennis Colligan of Cazenovia Golf Club who shot a 3-under-par 68 to earn $680 and maintain his position in fourth place in the player of the year standings.

Assistant Division Champion: Evan Sitts of Ouleout Creek Golf Club, secured the title with a 2-under-par 69, taking home $150.

Senior Division Champion: Mark Tucker’s 67 also earned him the Senior Division win and an additional $175, capping off a standout dual-division showing.
