Zhishan Ni named summer CNY PGA Intern

Zhishan Ni accepted an internship with the Central New York PGA Section for the 2022 summer season. Ni began his internship in May.

Ni is a sports management major and will be fulfilling his Capstone requirements with the David B. Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamic at Syracuse University. He is also minoring in marketing.

This is Ni’s first introduction to the golf industry. But he has an impressive sports resume and a strong social media skill set.

Ni was a program manager with alpine skiing at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games. Among his duties, Ni served as translator for the National Alpine Ski Team, collaborated in the planning and execution of junior skiing competitions and worked as a National Technology Officer to do referee work.

While working with the CNY PGA, Ni will serve in a variety of roles with the Section including working its major events and assisting in different aspects of its daily operations.
