SYRACUSE, NY – PGA REACH Central New York (PGA REACH CNY) is proud to announce a significant four-year sponsorship agreement with Visions Federal Credit Union (“Visions”), naming the organization as the Presenting Sponsor for PGA HOPE CNY Play Days. This partnership, effective from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2029, represents a tremendous commitment from Visions to support local veterans through the game of golf.
PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere) is a flagship program designed to introduce golf to veterans with disabilities to enhance their physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being. The Play Days series consists of three to four annual golf events held at courses across Central New York. This year’s events are held at Ouleout Creek GC, Elm Tree GC, The Pompey Club & En-Joie GC.

The Play Days will utilize a captain and crew format at local courses in our section, accommodating 40 to 60 veterans per event. To ensure maximum impact, organizers will prioritize inviting different local veterans to each session.
Beyond the primary Play Day series, Visions also will be running the second annual Vision’s Veterans Classic at Drumlins CC on August 31st. This event involves a Vision’s employee teeing it up with 3 HOPE graduates in a fun and relaxed captain and crew setting.
