Please join us in welcoming our new WORKS Fellow, Harlee Lucier!

Harlee is a proud Syracuse native who attended Purchase College to study journalism and compete on the women’s soccer team. Lucier transferred to Utica University in 2023 as a member of the women’s soccer team and graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media.

Following graduation, Harlee gained hands-on experience in the golf industry through a traveling communications internship with the AJGA covering junior golf events across the West Coast. Most recently, she served as a social media intern with the Northern Texas PGA, where she helped share the stories of junior players and events through digital platforms.

As we close out Women`s History Month, join us in congratulating Martha Wells, PGA on being named Career Consultant for the Central, Northeastern and Western New York PGA of America Sections.
Martha is the first woman to hold this position, having spent the last six seasons as the first female Head Professional in Skaneateles Country Club history. Martha is also only one of three women to win CNY PGA Golf Professional of the Year honors (2018).
